Hi all,

I thought I would send you a little update on what is currently happening this month at MasterFitness.

As we are now at the end of the summer months, Boot Camps from next week will only be taking place on Saturday mornings at 9.30am at Dunstan Green Park on Harts Hill Road, Thatcham. Week day evenings will return again next spring. Just to remind you that the Boot Camp session cards have no time constraints, you can use them whenever you want. Don’t forget the first session is FREE if you haven’t been before. Please do come along and give it ago. It is hard work, but like anything, you work to your own level and you will be surprised how quickly you will adapt to the sessions and improve your fitness and not to mention loosing all that important body fat.

I’m in the process of confirming a venue for Pilates. I’ll be teaching a beginners/improvers Pilates class for 6 weeks. If you’re new to Pilates, it’s a great workout that works the core and rest of the body. Pilates is also very good if you have any back problems. The class is limited to 20 people, so please let me know if you are interested as I’ll put your name down to ensure you have a space.If you want to know more about Pilates, please read my latest blog or send me an email.

As some of you maybe aware, I’m now teaching Aqua Aerobics at Kennet on Monday evenings at 8pm and also at Northcroft Leisure centre at 8pm on Wednesdays for 6 months. If you haven’t given Aqua ago, you should give it a try as its something a little different and it can be hard work. You don’t have to be a member at the Leisure centres; you can just turn up and pay at reception.
